  4. To help myself and my personal well-being, I plan on starting to work out more, and then hopefully eat better. If I want to improve not only my body, but also my mind, becoming a healthier person would definately help out.

I realize that healthy foods are way more beneficial to your body, than foods with artificial things in them, and tons of calories. An average teenager my age only needs about 1,800 calories, so I need to start making sure to be right in the range.

When you really look into how long it takes to burn calories, you start to really double-check the whole calorie intake thing. Working out is definately an important thing for staying healthy, and it also relieves stress.

Becoming a healthier person in body and mind, is something I need to work on and hopefully these steps will help me throughout my life.

  5. I could probably quit eating so much fastfood. This could cause problems not only in the future but also now. I also feel that I could probably be more active. I could start exercising at home and keep that up through life. I don't really think that I eat too much junk food. I'm pretty sure that I am already pretty active and don't need to exercise too much. I do know that some of these things can be hard to do. Fastfood restraunts can be hard to pass up on because people are always rushing to get home or to the store, making them an easier choice to go to. Those are a couple of things that I could probably do.

  6. I am completely interested in this wonderful idea. I will begin to eat better and healthier, and also exercise a lot. Getting rid of all junk food and pop would really help me out. Also, I need to start eating fruits and vegetables. After eating healthy, I need to exercise daily! (:

  7. Michaela- I could eat a lot healthier by cutting out junk food. I could also exercise more by maybe running a mile or so every day. I could probably diet a little. I should start a healthier lifestyle and stop my bad habits before it catches up to me.

Right now for my health is going. In the future when I'm out of school and sports I would need to exercise and eat better. I like to exercise so it will be a good thing for me when I'm on my own. I think eating health will be harder because, I would be buying cheap food thats
easy to make, which means that it won't be that healthy. I think I should be fine for the well being of my life. All I have to remember is eat healthy and stay in shape.

a good plan would be to eat right, get exercise, and not eat tons of junk food. The best thing is to get lots of exercise and eat healthy. try not to eat tons of fast food. Have supported freinds and family to help you.
